Marty J. Schwartz is a partner with Schain, Burney, Banks & Kenny, Ltd. and has devoted his entire legal career, in excess of 30 years, to practicing law in the areas of business and commercial litigation, including business break-ups, breach of contract, fraud and other business torts, real estate and construction litigation and employment disputes.
After extensive years of practicing in the same area, Mr. Schwartz can focus on what motions and discovery advance the overall strategy of the case and what type of trial tactics are most likely to be triumphant, earning him a reputation for being an unrelenting and aggressive litigator.
