Megan Molé is an associate with Schain, Burney, Banks & Kenny, Ltd. where she practices in the area of commercial litigation.
Before beginning as an associate, Ms. Molé was a law clerk for Schain, Burney, Banks & Kenny, Ltd. (SBBK) where she worked on commercial, tort and land use disputes. During her clerkship with SBBK, Ms. Molé acted as a Certified Mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution where she mediated disputes in small claims and landlord/tenant cases in Cook County courts.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Molé was a Law Clerk with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, where she assisted civil rights and ADA claims as well as search and seizure issues for both civil and criminal cases. Additionally, she clerked for Duane Morris, LLP where she provided services on a variety of civil cases, including a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild and numerous commercial civil suits involving partnership, fiduciary duty, contract, and estate issues.
Before law school, Ms. Molé was a Legislative Aide to former Alderman William J.P. Banks prior to his retirement from the Chicago City Council.
