Katriina McGuire practices in the areas of land use, zoning, developer incentives and litigation. She appears before the City of Chicago and suburban plan commissions, village boards, zoning committees and zoning boards of appeals in matters related to land use and zoning.
She represents clients in matters related to special assessment districts, special service areas, tax increment financing districts and other development incentives.
Ms. McGuire represents clients in the circuit courts of Illinois regarding land use disputes as well as general commercial matters.
Ms. McGuire is also fluent in Finnish.
