William Biederman is a partner with Schain, Burney, Banks & Kenny, Ltd. where he practices in the areas of commercial and industrial real estate and corporate law, representing private companies and individuals in a wide range of transactional matters.
In addition, since 1985, he has been responsible as a trustee for ownership of a private, unregulated district energy company. As such, he as dealt with regulatory issues, franchise renewal, management succession and the conversion to a sustainable based system.
